Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and a few drawbacks. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Shinjuku, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were quite spacious, which is a bonus for Tokyo, but the lack of windows made it feel a bit claustrophobic. The amenities provided in the room were great, but I wished I had requested a specific sauna type in advance. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, but not without its quirks.
This hotel had some great amenities with a fantastic bathroom setup, including a shower, jacuzzi, and sauna, but the location was not ideal, and the rooms felt cramped. Despite these downsides, I did sleep exceptionally well, which I appreciate during my travels. It's a mixed bag, but overall, I had a decent stay.
I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and super clean, with a nice jet stream bath and even a small sauna. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the bustling Golden Gai and close to the subway. However, while the amentities were impressive, I felt the service could have been a bit more attentive.
I had quite the experience at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, offering tons of amenities, which was nice, but they also had a stale smoke smell that reminded me they might need some updating. The location was fabulous, right in the heart of Shinjuku, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. However, the vibe in the hotel felt a bit off at times. Overall, while it had its ups and downs, it certainly offered a unique stay.
I had a unique experience at this hotel with rooms packed with cool Japanese gadgets and amenities, making my stay quite enjoyable. Despite the absence of windows, the abundance of mirrors and privacy options like karaoke and a jacuzzi made up for it. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from bars and restaurants in Shinjuku. However, the price was on the higher side, and the lack of breakfast options was a bit disappointing.
